Level 7 is a short film by the incredibly talented, visionary CEO and creative director of Privateer Press, Matt Wilson; internationally famous for his miniatures board game, Warmachine.
Leve 7 was Matt's second short film and I was asked to flesh out some of the creatures, environments and props. I probably did the most work on the alien Hybrid. A blind and sickly creature that had the ability to seek out it's human victims. Frail yet frightening, it needed to bridge those two qualities.
Beyond the short film, these characters and creatures went on to populate Matt's successful Level 7 role-playing board game.
